My first loan the property taxes were under estimated , so we ended up.paying an additional 600.00 a month until we were able to refi I have a va loan and could have lost my house because of a mistake that Veterans United made. The problem has been solved by refi.
My team from veterans United , Scott and Allie, were amazing! They were professional and friendly! I called Scott a hundred times just because I was nervous and he always took the time to talk to me as a friend. I felt that I was they're only client. Communication between everyone was great! I never waited longer than an hour on a response! There aren't enough words in the English language to express my gratitude!
Overall they did an excellent job of keeping us informed during the process. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner.
I received very friendly and attentive service from Craig. Unfortunately, the whole transaction was delayed for a month due to the appraisal process. But Craig was very helpful and kept me in the loop, which I appreciated.
