Ron and his team are excellent. Guided me the home buying process. Keeping me informed of the status.

Veterans United Representatives are Definitely the Go Company when You’re Buying a Home. They are Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous, Friendly. I am a repeat Customer. That says a lot in it’s self. Great Job!!!!!!!

Drew, Sara, Logan and Jim (realtor) was all so great. This was my first time buying a home so of course I had so many questions, they was also there to explain something to me and did not judge. They were all so supportive during the whole process as well as helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone and I am so happy I had a great experience buying my first home!

Matt is a great asset to your organization, an example of whom Veterans (like my self) are looking to speak to because he makes it clear and simple. As an ex squad/platoon leader, Matt would make a great customer service supervisor.

The whole team was awesome! Eric was very engaged, and knowledgeable. He was always clear in explaining my options, and all of his information was accurate. Matt, always let me know what I needed to keep up on to keep things on track. I would definitely recommend VU to any potential veteran home buyers.

let’s not forget about Austin. Austin was absolutely amazing. He worked with us every step of the way went to bat for us. When higher up had questions. He did a fantastic job. Thank you so much.

Nick and his team's exceptional service and teamwork made my home buying journey smooth and stress-free. From guidance to documents, they were always on top of it. Grateful for their expertise and support!

Veterans United did an exceptional job! The only issues we ran into wasn’t on their end but the V.A.’s. I wish there was a way that Veterans United could make 3rd parties move faster.

The veterans united team made my home buying process smooth and easy. They walked me through the steps and assured me they are still available for any questions and help getting me move un ready. Thank you for the exceptional service.

I would highly recommend Veterans United for all your mortgage needs.

Veterans United is the only place to go to get your dream home.

Shawn and Rynda have been with me every step of the way. They have been helpful without being obtrusive. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Clayton and Chris are the two power players on the whole squad, if the rest of the team operated like they do, the whole team would be a championship team! I really appreciate these two without them my whole entire process would have fallen apart 1 year ago. Mike was also a godsend as he was there anytime I needed to view the property no matter what time or what for. if it was up to me I would use these guys as the BIG 3, they work together well which in turn works for the veterans. Please give these 3 something great for their hard work

It started out great but wasn't too long before the communication started lacking once they got their piece of the pie and closing was upon us then they want their good reviews before they sell your mortgage off to some company I haven't even been dealing with less than 2 weeks after closing. I have since found out that this is a regular occurrence with mortgage companies selling out but I think it is very bad business. You should get rid of that Veteran's United name because you just use us and then pawn us off to somebody else after you get your take. I will not be recommending Veterans United to anyone. I will say John Sullivan's assistant Emily and Bailey with the insurance side were very pleasant to work with when I talked to them.
Response from Veterans United
Thank you for this feedback John. We are thrilled to hear that you had great communication with your
Loan Coordinator and agent though sorry to learn of your frustrations and apprehension with your new servicer. We also understand how the home buying process can get stressful, especially for the first time. While we cannot change the experience you had we want to ensure that no other Veterans have this same experience in the future. We do state the servicing of this loan is to be transferred on your initial LE (on page 3 of your LE) and that document is generally received at the very beginning of your loan process. Then it is stated on your Deed of Trust that was signed at closing and notified 15 days prior to the transfer via the Servicing Transfer Statement which is mailed out. We only work with servicers that we have a good working relationship with, which allows us to work together in case of any concerns regarding your loan. A loan servicing transfer in no way is a reflection on your loan or how much we value you as a customer of Veterans United Home Loans.
We understand there can be questions surrounding a loan transfer to a new company, and we want to emphasize that Veterans United staff are still here to support you with assistance if needed.
Great experience! Mike and the entire team were very thorough and explained everything to me- to include all possible options. Would highly recommend them to everyone!

Experience was great and stress free. Everything in one spot!

I was very happy with the final result, my family in a home during a time where home buying is financially difficult. Veterans United got me a great rate and we're very open about where I was in the process. I would highly recommend.

I was so happy to work with Veterans United. I purchase two homes prior to this and completed two refinances. I will have to say this is the best experience I ever had. I love the fact I could text, call, or email someone and have them be so responsive. They were even available during off hours and weekends. I am always very anxious about the home buying process, but this experience has really changed my perspective. I'm excited to work with them again in the future.
