Bobby Moss was superb in attention to details and making the entire process easy to understand. This was true whether he was handling the application for this step or another department was reviewing or evaluating the "do-ability" of the home purchase.
The only thing I did not like was that we are limited to certain requirements which I found to be difficult. I have no other issues and think the entire process was pretty simple.
The process was easy, smooth and I stay abreast of all details at all times. It was a great experience. Communication was open and questions answered.
