VU is not only easy to use and understand, as a veteran, but they provided VA Home Loan seminars. They've gone the extra mile to help vets take advantage of the VA loan program. Thumbs up!!!
I believe the Front-End of the process went very smoothly. Though the back end representatives were extremely friendly and provided me good information, I gathered a sense they were a bit newer to their roles. Brandon was not always accessible, but his assistant Summer was very accessible. The closing was pushed back I believe due to a lack of follow up with the underwriter. That process could gain a bit more improvement. That could also be related to our realtor as well. Overall I would recommend their services.
