The loan process was long, which I guess is typical right now. I would recommend better.follow up. They asked for documents and then asked again 2 weeks later. We didn't get the orginal request, why would you wait 2 weeks? I didn't feel they were always honest. When we talked to the appraisal company they said they had been communicating 60 to 90 day to close. We were told 30 days. The appraiser was horrible and I would not recommend the VA to use. He refused to communicate with anyone and onky could complete 3 appraisals a week. I did like the system the VA uses. It is great for communicating. Once the appraisal was done. The communication improved.
Great experience working with Derek, and his team members who supported all the necessary steps in the pre-appoval processes. This also include the team providing the necessary documents and finalizin processes for closing on the home. Talk about group work cohesion, these members from Veteran United posses the get it done mentality. I'd recommend them to anyone. Especially military members that are active, retires, and or disabled.Keep in the fight.....

Lied to three times and closing date was pushed back due to issues blames on the seller's attorney but was a lie causing major issues as I moved across the country to my new Duty station. Craig also blantonly lied about the cash back to seller causing anot her significant issue.
