Patricia Tatum and Maureen were both wonderful to work with. They kept me abreast of the process as each step progressed. They both deserve a hugh generous raise. If I were a business owner I would do every thing in my power to keep these two outstanding women on my Team. They both ROCK!!!
I am a long time customer of a major financial institution which I had previously financed two homes with, I was a bit shocked on their lack of customer service and the estimated cost of closing. So on a recommendation of my real estate agent I contacted Kelly and right off I knew that I had contacted the right place. Most importantly to me was I always got to talk to a person and not voicemail? Kelly was responsive and kept me informed and up to date at all times and the best part they beat the other guys closing cost.

JODI COONS WAS VERY PROMPT ON GETTING THINGS HANDLED. She contacted me when something needed to be handled. Jodi is the reason I chose to go with VU, customer service is very important to me . Although my other lenders was competing with VU figures I chose VU because of great customer service from Jodi.
Service was very personal and quickly answered questions.
