I know I was a special case but the only things I would add is to followup with the title company as soon as you send Loan Docs. It was pretty chaotic at the signing. Other than that the service and willingness to help was outstanding. I'm going to
you guys were great took care of all my needs and gave me great advice on how to up my credit score to make this happen it was outstanding.
