I felt like I was not given enough information toward the end of the process. many things were brought up and my closing date had to be extended because of this. Also my realtor explained to me that some of my paperwork for the contract was lost at VU. So I ended up having to come up with $3000.00 at closing in order to close on time. The only other option was to rent the home until closing since I had to be out of the apartment I was living in.
Everyone is very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. They work hard to make sure I have answers and that I understand what is going on in what could be a confusing process.
