Although Ross was our loan specialist, on a few occasions we dealt with Misty. The very 1st conversation with her was not as pleasant as I had with Ross. In my opinion Misty should remember she represents Veterans United & perhaps develop more people skills.

I was trying to choose between VU and USAA for my home loan. USAA would have gotten me a little bit lower interest rate for my loan, but from my first interactions with both departments, I was impressed with VU well over USAA, and knew I wouldn't have any issues that I couldn't easily and quickly get a hold of someone to resolve.
