Great for first time buyers
There could have been more fore site in the handling- ie, realizing that I had no credit cards, and last credit activity was 15 months ago. Also, the changing of the Closing Worksheet the day before closing seemed unprofessional.
John Parker fought for me even when the chips were down and I will always be eternally thankful for his efforts.
My loan specialist were very professional and helpfully.
