Was a great experience
Great company to work with. The website is very user friendly and the representatives David / Andrew were amazing.
I was very surprised to have such a positive experience with this home loan application. Hannah and her team were very professional, prompt, and courteous during the entire process. The customer service of the Veterans United staff from my experience was 5 star rated. Highly recommended!
Our first-time homebuying experience was smoother than a slippery dolphin slicing through the ocean!
If all clients get the same professional help as I did and their loan specialist is as good as mine was lt won't have to be just an experience that you have to endure to get a place to live.
Sam was fantastic during my entire experience and went above and beyond to provide me great assistance. There is however a “team” of people who are supposed to help you with this experience and their absence is noted. There is someone assigned to help you transition to your new home and provide assistance with making sure you have your new utilities, internet, mail forwarding, etc. That person does absolutely nothing and doesn’t actually provide assistance. I also had a bad experience with a member of the team speaking completely out of turn and telling me that I would be closing on the home 100 percent on a certain day when that wasn’t actually true. There’s some poor communication through the team occasionally. But overall my experience was good. Sam did his best to be available for questions 247 and I would recommend veterans United to other first time buyers.
You all have been amazing. Thank you for your help.
Thank you very much for helping me find my new home and making it so easy and a pleasure thank you

I would like to take time out to acknowledge the other team members who we interacted with:
