Service was great, but the final closing costs were much higher than estimated.
Non-personal. I called and talked to the same woman overtime I called yet she seemed to not know who I was or anything about my packet every time I called. Also, delayed my closing five days.
The whole process was extremely well. My wife and I are first time homebuyers and Veterans United and Chris Rohr made it an enjoyable process. Truly stress free!
