I thought the portal was outstanding. Finance team outstanding. My realtor in AR (Cheryl Granger) was beyond amazing.Worst part of the process was realtor in Texas!Everything else was top notch!
The underwriter portion need to be better to insure a smoother transition to meet all the requirements of the loan. My loan was VA backed and I was treated unfairly during this process.
