Wonderful experience with great communication the whole way, a special thank you to Ashley for reassuring us and helping us along the way!

We want to thank each and everyone of you for making our dream of owning our 1st home come true. We are forever grateful for you all.

My contract was substantially longer than virtually any other sale on the market but my loan team helped me out all the way through and even pushed my attorney and sellers attorney to be able to close before incurring more costs. Holly, Vishal, Kayla and the other people I worked with were all amazing and I couldn't have been happier with them.

Veterans United has been nothing but helpful and supportive. They answered ALL our questions (and there were many). They truly care about their clients.

We had some difficulties but Alex and his team did everything they could to make the process as smooth as possible. The difficulties were unique to my situation and it was clear to me that Alex and his team did everything they could to work it out.

Great bank to work with great people they will do anything for you to help you succeed in doing what you need to do

Easy to work with, the app notified you immediately when there is something to do and have videos explaining as well.

The process was quick and easy

Jacob spoke with an extremely high rate of speed, spoke in circles and was way overly smelling commission breath. Never called me to go over the initial closing disclosure, never called me to go over the final closing disclosure. Was sending emails trying to move closing up into the end of August saying “the customers want to move over the long weekend” and get the deal closed before the month end. I sold cars for a decade, this dude belongs in that line of work.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Adam,
I’m really sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling rushed and pressured instead of supported. Having clear, timely conversations about your closing disclosure is an important part of the process, and I regret that you didn’t get that from us. The last thing I want is for a borrower to feel like they’re being “sold to” rather than guided through such a meaningful purchase.
I’d like my advocates to learn more about what happened so your concerns are fully heard. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We’re available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, and we typically respond the next business day if messages come in after hours.

Nick did a great job and kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciate all the help he provided to me. I would definitely use Nick again for a loan or recommend his service to my friends and family.

It was refreshing to work with Veterans United for this home purchase. As a veteran, it is important to me that everyone is committed to doing the best they can at what ever they are doing. Jennifer and Jacob did just that. The Appraiser they had to use in their network fell short of this expectation but Jennifer and Jacob made up the shortcoming of this Appraiser and finished with fireworks. I would use Veterans United again if the need rises.

I would recommend to ay of my friends as first time homebuyers or active duty who really do not have the time to do all the little sort out all the little details. Thank you for all the help!

Thank God that there are people like you willing to help if it was not my family may never have been able to accomplish this outstanding job

Jenny Dean, Alex Dickherber, Linda Anne, and Becky were all really quick and very helpful people to work with. Outstanding members that did a great job!

There were some times where information wasn’t relayed or relayed relevantly late. And a time where documents were lost and had to be resubmitted. Also some miscommunication between Realator and lender but overall the experience was great. Communication was great when they reached out.
