Outstanding.
I think that Doug and his assistant Michelle mach were wonderful. I felt they were business like and to the point, yet personable. Even though there were some days that were very intense, Michelle was very very kind to me. In all I went through i will always remember the kindness that was given to me by Doug Lippman and Michelle Mach.
I was very blessed to have been helped by the Lighthouse Program and Sarah Bacchus stuck with us through the long hall.
