Cindy made sure that I understood the entire process and at any time that I had a question about anything she made sure I had a clear answer!
They were on top of everything and replied almost immediately to any questions, concerns, or issues.
The only hitch that was annoying was the appraiser. He put us almost a week behind our close date because he messed up his report and caused a lot of headaches for us. We are now in the process of trying to make up for all of the time we lost.
