Although, this was not my first home buying experience. I felt as though this was one that I felt more involved and more informed about the process as a whole.
The process was very easy and fast for us. Someone was always available to answer questions during business hours. The only complaint I have is the lack of a secure way to upload sensitive documents. Email is not secure.

I would not and will not ever recomend using your services to any of my Veteran brothers. The poor planning and missleading information given to us by our "lending team" costed my family unneccesary stress and money.
This is my first time buying a home and I have heard war story's about how other people had to wait forever to get the loans approved. I was really happy about how fast we were able to close on the house
