We have gone through the VA loan process several years ago on our first home with a different lender than VU. The other lender had no clue how to smoothly execute a VA loan. VU however made the process smooth, streamlined, and stress free.
Things that seemed standard were last minute and it would have been nice to be informed what was happening when things were done.
