She was extremely knowledgeable about the VA loan process and was able to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Allie was always available to answer my questions and was very responsive to my needs.Finally, Jennifer, my realtor, was a true professional. She was always on top of things and made sure that everything went smoothly. Jay Christman went above and beyond when it came to helping me close on my home. A last minute closing cost was cut down due to Jay and my realtor coming together and pitching in to cut down most of the cost for me. Jay didn’t have to step in and help out like he did but it goes to show how far he is willing to help out. I highly recommend working with Jay and Veteran’s United.
This is the second home I’ve bought working with veterans united. Much like the last time the home buying experience was mostly stress free and the agents were so helpful every step of the way. 10/10 would use again and definitely recommend to any vet looking to buy their home.

My experience Ruth VU wasn’t a good one. I would not recommend them. I had to text, call and email in order to get a response which to me was unacceptable. In the last week of my loan I did not talk to Kelsey.

The veterans administration was fabulous
The experience was good just a little hectic towards the end. But again it's in the mist of holidays.
