The realtor veterans united recommended was incompetent. There seemed to be a lot of communication issues that arise from having an out of state lender. Though it wasn't a problem for me, it would have been more convenient if the lender was local.

only negative I have is there is software out there for electronic signatures on documents. Having to print out then sign, download back to my computer then email back is a hassle that could easily be avoided by using different software.
