On the day after the original closing when funding was to be sent, the alternate for Chris failed to communicate and keep everything on track. I was extremely and highly irritated by this. Any Loan officer should of been able to step in.
I believe that they really care about the customer and it shows in that they stay in touch with the customer throuhg out the process of the loan.
The team was expedient in processing our loan and when unusual circumstances arose, they found solutions, always in a timely fashion.
The patience and consideration was outstanding. My Agent was super friendly and professional. He was also very knowledgeable. Every step was awesome!
