Too much confusion in between the corresponding personnel doing the loan. Very high priced compared to other companies.

Michelle and Mike were amazing and went above and beyond what I expected of them. Their receptionist, I think her name was Amber or something like that, was incredible also. For what she was doing, I never would have thought she was a receptionist
