You guys make it very easy and understandable. After being in the Army (military) for a minute. Everyone knows how to hurry up and wait. A lot don't realize how much paper work is involved in buying a house. It takes time.

I've heard going through the VA for a home loan is a process and then some. I'm sure things were a little more strict and maybe the process took longer but we felt that everything went smooth and fairly quick as we closed during the holidays.
