I started the loan process and 45 days later I was supposed to close but it ended up being another 11 days because the VA was not making the calls to get us closed on the house. Was not happy.
Veterans United seemed more interested in "keep their lights on," than trying to provide excellent customer service.

The home loan process went very well. Everyone was very prompt with their responses. My credit was so so but the United Home loan team worked diligently to secure the financing I required.
