I was suppose to close on the 18th of December but due to the fact that the assigned under writer went on vacation and didnt properly pass off the file i didnt close until the 30th which cause both myself and the seller thousands of dollars in fees.

sometimes it was a little hard to reach your rep but he always returned phone calls. I wish I was told that Veterans United wasn't my lender and that it was under writing to someone else that I never heard of until at the closing table. Besides that
The closing experience was very upsetting. It got pushed back a day and then the day of the time was suppose to be 10:00am and we didn't close until 4:30pm
