Excellent distribution of information between me and the seller.
I was contacted right away after showing interest in purchasing a home. Also, during the process I appreciated the fact that everything was on time and orderly.
I didn't want to answer yes or no because I was undecided. Another web site pays for the VA appraisal and I would have talked to them if I hadn't already started with VUHL. That was a large expense I would have liked to avoid.
Underwriting document requests are too slow/protracted affecting buyer's decision when to lock causing buyer's missed opportunity for a lower rate (8). Manager, however, is very proactive and decisive in addressing buyer's concerns/ issues (10).
It's very helpful when you don't have the money for a down payment, but you deserve a better home for you and your family.
