As the spouse of a veteran, I found this experience very stressful, but a veteran would probably know where everything is (documents), or know how to get it. I also found the time frames to be stressful (Usually they need everything within 2 days.

This time around everything was rough. Wrong numbers and calculations on many occasions. That really lead to a lack of trust in the group and I had to review every document 2-3 times. Not a happy camper this go around.
From the very start Mr Soete was on it. It was a very easy process from beginning to end and Ms. Jackie O'Brien was great as well. Everytime I had a question or concern Ms. O'Brien was there everytime I needed her!!! She is great. Great Job!
