Underwriting had a lot of questions and some came very last minute. The home appraiser could have been more competent, but that is not on Veterans United.
It was an incredibly difficult loan process because of various obstacles. The staff at Veterans United went way beyond their duties and responsibilities to help us overcome these difficulties. We are more than satisfied!
