I do not believe that the process really should end this way. A single house key was left for me under the front door mat. My whole experience with Veterans United as been less than professional. From the circus with Brad & financing, a nightmare!
My wife wanted to give up on the whole process at times but we never did.

We felt like overall it was a decent experience, but we would have liked a little less communication via email and text and more via phone or in person.
Excellent communication and customer service. I had been putting off refinancing my home, but thanks to Patrick Richardson, my VA Loan Specialist, the whole process was pretty much hassle free.

There were times when we were repeating a previous request. This may have only been part of the complications needed to complete the loan. However, over all we were pleases with your services.

Need more update communication. Need more communication with outside team circle, like realtors, title companies. Even the smallest information update.
