Everyone we dealt with knew their business. If they did not have an immediate answer (which was not often) they would get the required information and prompyly respond. Thus they achieved a very high level of communication and customer service.
My experience with Veteran's United was amazing! Everyone involved worked hard to get me closed on time. Final approval did not happen until the day before and from that time on it was a frantic race to make the closing deadline happen the next day.
They were very understanding and obviously deal with EACH INDIVIDUAL. I found that I was not just an applicant but a valuable customer.

Lots of duplication in paperwork that had to be emailed. I spoke with several people throughout the process; it would have been nice to have only one individual. I received additional closing cost that were not disclosed until the day of closing.
My only complaint was that the home loan closing disclosure was sent to us the day before closing besides the required 3 days before. I would have liked to have had that extra time to ask questions instead of asking the notary.
