Very easy process, great communication from Tom and Cody and closing was convenient
The closing process and underwriting was tedious due to the amount of documents i had to sign. Several of the forms were duplicate or triplicate.
Very quick to respond until you turn in your packet, then you're on the back-burner.
As a first time home buyer, the process was quite smooth and painless. The personnel that I worked with were quick to respond when I had any questions or concerns.
