Joe and Ashly were amazing! They were timely with the close of our home. They communicated what we needed and made sure we knew what was expected.
Might want to do better on estimating the "cost at close". Hitting a client with a $1000 difference 45 minutes before closing is a bit unnerving.

Everything went great the whole process until closing. Aly was away & tom weleck had to go home cause his basement flooded. Closing was at 3 & we didn't get a hold of anyone until 5. We got a hold of Kevin McMillin, he was rude saying he can't talk

Rough at the end...
The first person we were dealing with was Felicia Solomon, and she was an absolute nightmare. I will not recommend her office. The company then switched us to Mr. Nathan Smith and he could not have done a better job! Definitely will recommend him!
They are very disorganized, I am used to deliver, not to be asked for one thing now and a week later another thing. Jose Banuelas was very professional, it's a Shame that he had personal issues, and the person that he assigned, could not deliver.
