We were a little mislead about how much money we would be getting through the VA's Realtor program. Other than that great experience and made the whole process very simple.
We cannot say how much of a pleasure it was to do business with Veterans United.
The communication fom Andy Strubel and Cortne Winegard has been second to none,my wife
and I are so pleased with the professional service we received in obtaining our loan; they made us
feel at easy and important to them from the very start we would recommend any Veteran we know
looking to purchase a home to Veterans United. We have been completely satisfied with all of the
service we received from your company. It has been our pleasure to work with such a professional
team if we could give 100 o/o for the survey we would. Thank you for all of your hard work
GO TEAM !! Andy and Cortne.

Overall my wife and I are pleased with the service we received from Veterans United, Harris Giger, Shane Lowe, and Nathan Sewell. I hear stories of people stressing out throughout the process but I felt like Harris prepared us for each step in the loan process. I also felt that Nathan Sewell worked hard to make sure we got the house that we wanted based on our criteria.
The relationship between Mr. Mange and my wife became so adversarial that management had to step in and take over. To top things off, the day of closing, two weeks behind schedule thanks to Mr. Mange's choosing of the closing date and his refusal to check on the status of our appraisal, your company was scrambling to get a "verbal" verification of employment, which held up the closing and forced the seller, and us, to sit at the title office for over four hours waiting for funding. How this could happen when the closing date was known for at least 5 working days is beyond me. Again, my wife came to the rescue of the loan team and provided what they could not figure out how to do.
My wife and I have purchased no less than 7 homes in the last 20 years. This was BY FAR the worst transaction in relation to communication, attitude, service and closing we have ever experienced. Mr. Mange does no service to your company, and his attitude is horrible. We have communications on e-mail demonstrating his rudeness, and the attitude he displayed went further to "infect" his team. Because they did not understand the reasons for my wife's questions, they chose to be rude and uncooperative. We are sorry Mr. Mange ever made a dime off of this transaction - it was an easy loan but he made it extremely difficult and our lives miserable to get it done.
Andy and Ryan did a great job. Thank you very much.
If it were not for Devon I would have continued to look for a rent to own property. Two days before Devon and I spoke on the phone I went to the owner of the mortgage company I worked for to give him the opportunity to do my loan and because he was sure that my previous profile history would hold me back he dismissed me and said he would get back with me on some info on veterans' loans. He did not call me back. Devon went the extra step and pulled my credit and found out that my credit was descent and my previous home loan situation would not hold me back from applying. Devon, thanks for going the extra mile.
I would recommend Veterans United home Loans to anyone wanting a Veterans Loan.
