Everyone that we dealt with was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Brent and Joann were great, I didn't really love the process. It seemed like it took a long time to get out of underwriting, and they wanted something everyday for weeks. It would be nice to just have one list of what they needed. It was frustrating.
It was very easy to get a loan and no hassle. Everything was explained to me so I could understand the process and make the right decisions for this home purchase.
