Service was great however underwriting was horrible. I don't understand the need for my to write a letter explaining my specific job duties are when I have proven my employment in multiple ways.
Everyone that we dealt with was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Brent and Joann were great, I didn't really love the process. It seemed like it took a long time to get out of underwriting, and they wanted something everyday for weeks. It would be nice to just have one list of what they needed. It was frustrating.

Started process in January, closed in August... Poor communication from lender. Would not recommend to anyone! Stay local!!
