Right from the start I was sent to an assistant that clearly didn't know what she was doing. The real estate agent and he had to send multiple copies of the same information. I was also going to be charged because enogh information was not gathered.
Bill Musick was great. Couldn't have asked for a better and more patient loan officer.
Dealt with four different agents. Filled out paperwork multiple times (some had incorrect information). Could not contact agent multiple times.
