Apparently Veteran's United is unfamiliar with both the VA no no... as well as whether closing costs above the VA eligibility were subject to the 25% rule. Took me forever to get that answer. They assumed I was paying all closing costs out of pock.
Although purchasing a home is a stressful process, our loan officer and her team made it a pleasant experience.
