Tom Champion and Jennifer Sims were excellent. Jennifer was a huge help in gathering the required documents and getting us clear to close. Thanks to excellent communication between Tom, Jennifer and our realtor we were able to close two weeks early!
Both Codi and Steve did a great job of keeping us updated.
Initially the process was acceptable. After two different packages being sent to the address of the house sold, not receiving any information on the inconsistencies of the paperwork and not receiving the final loan paperwork, it was not good.
Overall positive experience.
