The only thing I didn't like too much was communicating with four different people. Everything went as smooth as possible. One of the people I didn't know was asking for information which made me cautious of releasing that information.
The only problem was when we signed papers for you to get tax forms, we did not think we needed to send them. I learned my lesson.....call and make sure!!

Even though I was purchasing a house that was in another state, Veterans United made the process much easier than I expected. I am very pleased with the whole process.
Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Some of the things requested by the underwriters seemed unnecessary and confusing. We understand there are guidelines.We do appreciate getting the loan.
I went through the light house Program with Jim. He was so helpful. And he helped me to be able to get things done quicker than I would have on my own.

It went smooth up until the last work day before closing. The POA and MS Homestead law interpretation caused some stress with my family. It moved the closing a few hours, but the weekend was very stressful.
