Although I should be happy right now I can honestly say I am not happy with the process. The main part being communication and educating the buyer on what he or she will have to pay. I just cannot believe in this day and age the process is this hard.

Awesome people to work with our new house
Was delayed a week on closing do to staff not communicating with each other and asking for the same document's over and over. Realtor sent multiple emails to obtain the $1,000.00 for being over 30 days, but specialist will not return emails.
From the application process to closing I have had a very good experience. The prompt instructions from Sydney and Samantha was very instrumental in making this happen in a timely manner.I am EXTREMELY pleased with their performance!
