Mike Pitts was terrible crappie customer service. I don't think he knew what he is doing. even the realtor was sorry . He was pre occupied with his other business . so got a different one and that cost me $5000.00. Not happy at all

Find appraisers that are competent. The appraiser we had took over two weeks from the initial appraiser to get a report back. This was after it was determined that he was 350 sq ft off. Then it took another week or so to get finished.
I would highly recommend Tonya Dawson to anyone who is inquiring about a VA Home Loan. She is understandable and knows how to treat a client well.
