The whole team was a great help during this process and worked fantastically to help this process go as smooth as I've ever experienced.
my only recommendation is whether the client is cosigning with someone else or not that any and all potential documentation required for the underwriter to approve the loan be sent in an itemized list at the beginning of the process. this way the client can gather said documents they might need well before they are requested so there is no waiting on both sides as well as clarity on what the bank needs from the client. other than that I am pretty satisfied with everything else during this endeavor

Our Veterans United Team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during the home-buying process.
