Loan officers were ok but the underwriters were horrible, demanding documents that were irrelevant to me! I had to do research to prove them wrong! They were incompetent , maybe inexperienced with a lot to learn.

The service was an absolute train wreck. It took two months to get my loan approved and we almost lost the house because they didn't have their act together the day before closing. Worse yet, they didn't seem to care.
