Everyone I spoke with was personable and efficient and pleasant to do business with. Helpful and returned phone calls or emails right away. I felt I could trust them and they helped us a lot.
As a buyer, I would have liked to know timelines for each step in the process so I could plan my end of things better. For example, I thought signing of docs was closing of the escrow. I was not aware of a 2 day recording time frame.
Matt was a very patient individual and put up with a lot of crap from me. He worked quite a bit after hours and overall was a very knowledgeable individual.

Veterans United takes care of everything. The stayed connected with my realtor the whole time, making sure they had all the information they needed. Other companies require you to relay the information from party to party. Not Vetetans United.
