Great. People were curtious, noligable, and in top of the work to be done.
The beginning of the approval process was simple enough but as all the parties; lawyers , realty agents, the seller etc. got involved it was confusing. Some of the common practices in realestate in this state made things worse.
Fast communication. Loved the weekly updates. Everything was explained and well presented.

Although my experience with VUHL was exemplary I would not deal with them again for the simple fact that the VA appraisal comes after so much hard work is put in by both parties to agree on a price only to have the VA appraisal come in and upset it.
I was always afraid of the process that goes with buying a home, but VU made it so simple!
