Excellent outcome but it would have been a little less frustrating (stressful) had the underwriter asked for ALL that they needed up front and not in phases and so close to closing.
Actually 10 is not a high enough number. Katy Reeder went above and beyond. By far the absoulte best customer service I have ever had.
Loan specialist should Call with updates or delays. We were only informed about delays after I contacted them

Despite extenuating circumstances, such as my wife's medical condition and our cross-state move, the loan process was quick and efficient, even when working remotely out-of-town and from a hotel room. I was very impressed with Veterans United!

Too many people involved in the process that had no idea what was going on. Too much "lip service" from people putting loan together. Incompetence was apparent along the process due to inept briefing of the many people filling in for the constant PTO
