Time from application to closure due to Veteran's Administration COE requirements and delay slowed the process

I think the entire process of attempting to purchase a home at this day and time has gotten absolutely ridiculous! Your company did not make it any easier either. I have used your company three times now and i felt as if i had no repoir at all.
They were very experienced in dealing with military. I especially liked how fast and responsive they were at the title company.
Apparently Veteran's United is unfamiliar with both the VA no no... as well as whether closing costs above the VA eligibility were subject to the 25% rule. Took me forever to get that answer. They assumed I was paying all closing costs out of pock.
Although purchasing a home is a stressful process, our loan officer and her team made it a pleasant experience.

My loan specialist David Kling did an amazing job. He was very professional and answered all of my questions effectively. He put my mind at ease. I would recommend him to other veterans that are looking to purchase a new home.
