Overall, excellent experience. Only complaint is that, while I do not know whose fault it actually is, my loan specialist was still not able to give me a satisfactory answer for why my closing costs were nearly 10 grand different than predicted.
Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and friendly.
Heather Damer is an outstanding professional whom I would give the highest fecommendation to. She is so fabulous!

Solibel Ramos was not my loan specialist so I do not understand why I am being asked about her. I was originally working with Jimmy Bostic. And it did not go well. He messed up the whole time and his mistakes pushed us back 2 months on closing.

Veterans United Home Loans was the best choice I could've made. I was provided a great real estate agent and Todd and Adam responded to every question I had in a timely and respectful matter.
I'm not sure who dropped the ball, it was either the Realtor that Veterans United reccomended or my VU Rep. Either way this was the worst expierence I'v ever had.

It was a great but not easy experience. Buying a house and going through all the process takes time, energy and money, and sometime you just don't find the right house for you.
