The entire team with Veteran's United were absolutely wonderful. Extremely efficient and professional from beginning to end; they shouldered the burden of the process for me all the way.
I will 100% recommend Veteran’s United to anybody I know looking to buy a house using a VA loan. Every person on the team did their part extremely well and made the entire process so easy and painless. I won’t use anyone else for a VA loan, that’s for sure.

I will never recommend using Veterans United and Jerry specifically ever. They have dropped the ball on our deal, by setting up our escrow account completely wrong, which cause it to go into a $3000+ negative balanced at end of year one and increased our monthly payment by over $300 per month. They did not follow the Tax Certification Sheet nor did they setup up the Property tax payments properly, as they were supposed to. If you deal with them, highly recommended hiring a financial advisor from somewhere else to go over the paperwork and numbers separately to make sure they don’t make mistakes like that. Awful company, even worse agent. Definitely not coming back to this one.

Hey - I love the personal portal guiding me through the “to do list.”It helped me present needed documents in a orderly and precise way. Inadequate documentation was rejected and a easy I was given to me to correct document submission. It was actually fun to watch the daily progress I was making in completing the loan process.
