Ben and Mason were great, I actually contacted Ben last year for the purchase of my farm and it fell through. The set back wasn’t on Ben or the lender it was just improvements to the home that couldn’t be made until I owned it to qualify for a VA loan. A year later we reached out to Ben the refinance our traditional mortgage into a VA loan and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He could have felt like his time was waisted after the first loan didn’t work out but instead he put all his efforts into making sure we were able to refinance into a VA loan.

VU stuck with me through a really long time, that saw a huge delay while sellers had to correct deed and land survey problems with the city. They were exceptional, and troopers about this delay. While I encountered a few hiccups during the closing process, Clint and his team were great. I rated the experience a 10 because in the end I was able to close on my property, however I would have liked for Kayla to be a bit more attentive and responsive to the realtor.
