Colin Parks was outstanding to work with. However, we found it difficult to get our phone calls returned buy the very people that were assigned to serve us. Even so as long a Colin is over seeing the project it should go well.

Overall I was pleased. I do think underwriting goes a little over board on the documentation they needed. If there's money in my account and bills paid off that should be all you need. Having to show 50 things of proof of when and how paid is crazy.
The people I dealt the most with were Dan O'Hearn and Elizabeth Thompson. I feel they went above and beyond and really helped me. I was able to close on this loan because of their help.
